• Upon navigating to the IOP section of pretesting, the IOP entry form automatically opens when no IOP has been recorded for the visit. In other words, we removed the extra tap.
• The Axis fields now highlighting with a calculated value for spectacle prescription imports. Previously, the calcualted value failed to appear below the field.
• The plus sign once again renders for positive sphere and cylinder values.

- Refill a prescription from within a visit. This option streamlines the prescribing of routine medications for patients and incorporates prescriptions into billing for visits.
- Use additional PDF Manager/Kit smart tags. You can pull more precise data from patient records into the appropriate forms, resulting in less administrative work.
- Select Specific Provider and Facility on CCDAs. Previously visits documented by all providers at all locations were sent automatically for Health Information Exchanges, but now you can narrow this focus.
- Quickly select polycarbonate for glasses prescriptions. A new Polycarbonate toggle on the Final Glasses Rx window saves you time and scrolling to apply this feature to lenses. 7.13.4 Mar 17 This optional update includes the following bug fixes:
• We improved the stickiness of OfficeFlow filters.
• We fixed an issue that caused the dilation toggle to be turned on after a nondilation protocol was applied. This situation occurred when a the nondilation protocol was applied first and then the user opened the Simple Eye Exam to document other information, like CD ratio.
• We resolved an issue that caused the app to suggest that the patient was responsible for payment after a billing override, even when the patient has insurance.

• Save taps with smarter refractive documentation. Encompass now automatically documents not just refractive diagnoses but also counseling and follow-up plans. According to initial testing, this enhancement can save you up to 16 taps per visit!
• Access your schedule more easily. The agenda view in the iPad app now syncs to the current time, so you spend less time swiping, especially at the end of a busy day.
